Effective acceptance
This agreement is effective and binding when you click the purchase button.
Accuracy of information
Lilyroseabaya assumes the accuracy of the data you provide, and you alone bear full responsibility for the correctness of your personal data and the information required to complete the online purchase. Lilyroseabaya accepts no liability for any incorrect or inaccurate data you submit.
Eligibility and purchasing
The delivery address must be clear and accurate, and you must provide a valid email address and mobile number we can reach you on easily.
All products sold through Lilyroseabaya are for personal use only; commercial or industrial use is not permitted unless expressly agreed otherwise.
Placing an order
Submitting an order on the website together with the confirmation message sent to WhatsApp constitutes final confirmation of your order to Lilyroseabaya. Please verify your order before sending it; no products can be added after the order confirmation message is sent.
Order confirmation includes the products requested, total delivery cost, and order number—you must refer to these details when contacting us about your order.
Acceptance of orders
Although we strive to supply all requested products, we reserve the right, at our sole discretion and without stating reasons, to refuse any purchase order at any time before delivery. If an order is refused, we will notify you as soon as possible and refund any amounts paid.
Payment
You may pay for products by bank transfer to our account or by remittance. If we encounter any issue collecting payment, we will contact you.
Ready-to-wear abayas are paid on delivery; for custom tailoring, 50% of the order value is due upon confirmation.
Prices
All prices shown on the Lilyroseabaya website exclude delivery fees. Delivery charges are added to the total after order confirmation.
Product availability
All products are subject to stock availability. If a product is unavailable, the order cannot be fulfilled. Products offered for sale may be withdrawn at any time; in that case we will refund any amounts paid for undelivered items.
Images
Images on the Lilyroseabaya website are for illustration only. For an accurate description of the product and its contents, please refer to the listed product description.
We strive to present our products as accurately as possible in colour and detail. Minor differences may occur due to screen settings or lighting, which are beyond our control.
Services
We reserve the right to modify or discontinue any products or services, or to suspend or stop online shopping temporarily or permanently, at any time without prior notice. If the service stops after payment, amounts paid will be refunded in line with Lilyroseabaya policy.
Delivery policy
We will do our best to deliver products according to the delivery timeframe stated in the confirmation message. All delivery times are estimates and may vary.
Delivery locations
Delivery will be made to the address specified in the order; the location must be accessible. You are responsible for being available at the delivery location at the agreed time. We reserve the right to verify recipient details to ensure delivery to the customer.
Delivery times
We aim to deliver your order as soon as possible. If incorrect or incomplete information is provided, delivery may be cancelled without prior notice.
Delivery arrangements
The courier company’s terms apply in addition to these terms.
After you place an order, a confirmation message will include the delivery date. Delivery will be to the address on the order. We are not liable for delay resulting from breach of these terms.
If you cannot receive the order personally, you may authorize an adult to receive it on your behalf; we may rely on their instructions as if they were yours.
Delivery staff may not hand over the order without your signature or that of your representative.
On receipt, inspect the products and packaging and confirm quantities. Signing delivery documents confirms receipt in good condition.
If there is visible damage, shortage, or wrong items, note this on the delivery notice and we will replace free of charge.
Once received, ownership passes to you and you bear full responsibility.
Liability
In case of emergencies we will try to contact you to reschedule delivery. We are not liable for losses due to delay outside our control.
We accept no liability for remedying damage after delivery documents have been signed.
Replacement & returns policy
At Lilyroseabaya we take pride in high-quality, distinctive abayas; each piece is designed and made with great care and craftsmanship.
Please note that all sales are final—we do not offer exchange or return after purchase is completed.
Because of the exclusive nature of our products and the specialist workmanship required, we cannot accept exchanges or refunds for any reason.
We ask customers to review order details and sizing carefully before completing purchase.
Exceptions
Replacement applies only if a sizing error on our part is proven, reported within the stated period and under approved terms (within 24 hours of receipt).

Security
You are responsible for keeping your login details and password confidential and must notify us immediately if you suspect any security breach.
If a full cancellation occurs before confirmation and within 48 hours, you are entitled to a refund of the purchase value and delivery fees only.

The remaining terms and conditions remain in force if there is an error in any clause.
Ready to wear — delivery
UAE: delivery typically 2–4 business days depending on city. Outside UAE: delivery typically 3–4 weeks depending on country. Jordan (instant-delivery abayas): 2–4 business days depending on city. We are not responsible for delays caused by shipping companies. Shipping cost is added according to location; you will be informed of the cost. Lilyroseabaya is not responsible for customs duties or taxes imposed by the destination country if the shipment is subject to them.
Luxury tailoring — timing & delivery
Tailoring typically takes one to two weeks depending on the design; it may take longer during holidays and occasions. UAE: delivery 2–4 business days depending on city. Outside UAE: delivery 3–4 weeks depending on country.
Custom designs
For a custom design not shown on our site, contact customer service on WhatsApp (+971505934092). Fulfilment is subject to review of the proposed model and compatibility with Lilyroseabaya’s identity. Prices for custom designs vary by detail; final price will be provided by customer service. Lilyroseabaya reserves the right to publish images of executed designs later on its website and social channels.
Wholesale orders
We offer wholesale for ready-to-wear models, and for a limited range of special models by agreement. Minimum wholesale order: 30 abayas, with at least 6 per model. Wholesale prices depend on the models requested; our team will provide pricing. Payment: 50% when the order is confirmed, balance due when the order is ready to ship. Lilyroseabaya is not responsible for customs duties or taxes in the destination country if applicable.
Intellectual property
All content on this site—including logos, designs, images, text, and graphics—is owned by Lilyroseabaya and protected by copyright. You may not reproduce, modify, or use any content without our prior written permission.
